Who is Nirmal Baba, and how did he turn into a guru?

• What is his true history? I learnt a few weeks back that this guy (Nirmal Baba) is a history sheeter, and is facing charges of fraud in multiple cases. This guy was a government contractor (ठेकेदार) in South Bihar (now, Jharkhand). This guy has some connection with Jharkhand top politicians (Like Inder Singh Namdhari). The question is how and when did this guy become a Guru? His becoming guru is one thing, but when no one questions his means to loot people, that raises my eye-brows. Who is this guy, and how can he loot people in day-light without being questioned by anyone!!!!! His modus operandi is simple - Book a large conference room in some city, advertise massively on TV with the footage of some past conference. Sell the seats of the conference and collect the money in advance. A few questions.... A. What is the purpose if these Conferences (Samagam, as they call it). Can a common man do this and make money? B. Why are these a compulsorily paid events? Shouldnt there be sone sort of Tax on these collections? Can someone produce the details of Tax desposited by this organisation? C. I have noticed that they advertise their conferences as if they are selling some consumer product. So does it not make compulsary for the broadcaster to fully warn the viewer? D. In a country where alcohol and tobacco is not allowed on screen because of its possible harm on our body, how can they allow such a fraud which makes the mind ill? E. If this Nirmal Baba scam is not a scam as per the government, kindly share the details of incorporating similar organization. I want to start something like it. CAs and welcome to contact me. You have the right to hold conferences with multiple people as long as you do not disrupt traffic or the peace in a region. B. Why are these a compulsorily paid events? Shouldn't there be some sort of Tax on these collections? Can someone produce the details of Tax deposited by this organisation? I think most religious organisations are tax exempt. This means if you charge for entry, you get to keep it whole. Even if it's not it's very easy getting away when your primary earning is in cash. C. But they ARE selling a product, my friend. Faith is the easiest to manufacture and sells like hot cakes. It has the best profit margins in the history of business. Religion, is the best business of all. D. Because, as opposed to clear correlations of smoking and cancer and drinking and liver disease, there is no correlation of stupidity and religious conferences. More research is required. E.
