Folks really need to stop asking this question. Changing the numbers doesn't make it a different question. We CAN'T answer this any better than it's already been answered. Took me two minutes to find all those AND copy the links into my answer. Seriously, stop asking this question.

Most of the popular channels on YouTube are revolved around music and due to their nature of appealing to a large demographic can't charge premium for their advertisement. With your following (depending on your niche), you can consider the following ways to make money (not just from advertisement): 1. Bring niche related advertisers - if your niche is cars, then Audi or Toyota should be dying to have their ads on there. Since you can claim to be a leader or #1 on YouTube for a particular niche. You can charge 5x more than what YouTube pays Rhianna. 2. Sell products through your show - you can sell niche related products (like accessories for cars if cars is your thing) on your show. 3. Write a book - if you are considered a guru in your market, then people will buy your book 4. Sell T-shirts, mugs, ringtones around your personal brand or brand of your YouTube channel  - I've seen a lot of YouTube celebrities do this very successfully. 5. Create a freemium model - let people watch partial portion of your show for free and charge to watch the rest (works great for DIY type stuff) or let them watch 4 shows for free and charge for 5th. You really can't answer the question without additional information. You would need the number of weekly streams that are actually claimed ie monetizable, the percentage of US streams, whether anyone is selling the inventory or just YouTube and what the content vertical and advertiser interest in that vertical is.

Its not possible to answer this question because subscribers are a very minor factor in ad revenue. Some channels have 2% active subscribers and some have 25%.
