What are some online shopping website that deliver items to Iran?

  • As far as I know Amazon and e-Bay don't deliver items to Iran. What are some online shopping website which I can buy gifts for my parents and deliver them to Iran? Anything like Amazon, e-Bay or 6pm?!? Are there online shopping websites in Iran which might accept dollars as well? I saw a few which had some really unworthy stuff for ridiculously high prices just because many other online shopping websites don't deliver to Iran. Any help is highly appreciated.

    I am not very familiar with Iranian e-commerce and online retail, but have been curiously following developments. The websites that I am familiar with can be categorized into three big buckets: Sites which were originally created as fun forums, hang-out cyberspaces, or trendy entertainment sites, when Google, Yahoo, Facebook and others were not around or easily available for the Persian speaking and writing majority of Iranians. But then they lost all visitors to these big players and these sites turned into online stores. Examples include: http://www.istgah.com/, Brick and Mortar chains gone online: http://www.albasco.com/, http://eshop.shahrvand.ir/, Online stores, created to be online stores: http://www.buy-postal.ir/ , http://www.chare.ir/ , http://www.5040.ir/ , http://www.zanbil.ir/ I am not familiar with any of these sites' success or customer experience.

unfortunately there is no shopping website which supports all kinds of goods . but field of IT and communication devices a very good website is http://www.digikala.com/  this website supports many field of communication tolls like Mobiles, computers ... In field of books there is many websites like http://iketab.ir but these websites have a very long to go to be a suitable website. But it seems that these websites are going to be like a big company like amazon.

I don't have a great answer for this, but I know that AmazonGlobal doesn't support sending to Iran as you've pointed out. I also believe that their are sanctions in place which make it hard to ship a variety of things to Iran from the US (http://pe.usps.com/text/imm/il_004.htm Sanctions via USPS and OFAC). Your best bet might be to try to ship from a different country like China using TMall or Alibaba and make use of Google Translate. Best of luck!

Any online store that uses the US Postal Service can ship to Iran, though restrictions apply. Check http://AliExpress.com. It's a chinese website so there is a chance they deliver to Iran as well. However, please note that by ordering items to Iran, you may expose your credit card/bank account to a potential risk of blockage.

For instance, check out the marketplace http://www.mozando.com , cross-category online shop / marketplace on the uprise. You can find certain other sites as well, but this looks like a promising ebay alternative.

Well iam doing business iran, and as per my knowledge iran has some limitation in bank transaction out of gulf countries. Iam really keen for similar venture.
