What is the best restaurant in the world that doesn't care about plating or food presentation?

• I've heard of dining in the dark, but what about dining where you can see the food, but the restaurant doesn't put effort in how the food looks. What's the best restaurant that has food which doesn't look particularly appealing? Obviously best is subjective, but maybe let's say best as in something that would be in the Michelin Guide(perhaps just Bibb Gourmand) or San Pelligrino's top restaurants in the world list. Maybe something like Momofuku Ssam bar, Girl and the Goat, Mission Chinese Food, or Ad Hoc?

  Rafa's Seafood restaurant in Roses Spain, which you will note is the same town as el bulli was located in, Ferran Adria often claimed that it was his favourite restaurant. You don't get simpler, good fish and shellfish cooked on a flat griddle (in Spanish, plancha) with olive oil and salt and just plopped onto a plate, no attention is payed at all to fancy plating.
