Will Apple offer subscriptions for iOS apps that give subscribers unlimited access to all apps in App Store? If not possible in the U.S., how about only for some selected markets, like China, where most people do not have a habit of purchasing apps?
-
For example, users can pay a flat monthly fee of, say $14.99, and get unlimited access to all apps on App Store. Apple will then share the revenue with app developers, similar to what Rdio does with music companies.

Answer:
Apple will never do that. The App Store is one of their biggest sources of revenue. Also keeps people coming back to the iTunes store more often.

Never. That would not only cause Apple to lose tons of money, but they couldn't pay the developers with that price. It would be a terrible idea, and it will never happen.
