What is the name of the zooming input software with by-symbol flow of typing and adaptive dictionary where every symbol represented by a box with size respectful to frequency of that symbol in a dictionary after previous N symbols?

• User could use mouse, keyboard ... even mouth stick to control typing. When using a mouse, one adapt speed to ones liking by moving cursor left or right and chose a symbol by adjusting movements of symbol boxes by up and down movements. Symbols are by default sorted alphabetically top down, with non-alphabetical sybols at the bottom. Any language is possibly supported, many have predefined layout and text file with common words for dictionary adaptation. Yes, it has an import feature to sharpen a dictionary. Haven't used it so long that totally forgot it's name, despite all details. It's open source, IIRC. It's written in Java, I think, because its cross-platform and have mobile java version.
