If I use a personal domain for my blog on Blogspot, will my photo's server addresses change too?

Blogspot's domain (all of them) are banned by our government, If I install a custom domain, Will the pictures hosted by blogger for my blog, change their addresses as well?

No. When you use a custom domain with Blogger, it is a basic redirect. Any page, image, etc. you visit on your blog will appear as http://yourdomain.com

images hosted for you blog with addresses from http://2.bp.blogspot.com or similar will remain hosted there, this is the same for new images uploaded to your blog. In short any and all images uploaded to your blog will be hosted on a link similar to http://2.bp.blogspot.com
