What Are The Best Revision Techniques?

What are the best revision techniques for GCSEs and A-levels, and where can you find good revision material?

  • Answer:

It depends on your system of GSCE, your country, your personality and the remaining time before the exam or whatever you're revising for. In general, the best technique to revise anything is to read it again and memorise (or rememorise) quickly. After you're done revising, start applying the information you have by solving some old exams or some questions on this topic in your book. In my educational system (which is the Egyptian educational system), we have more than two month to revise. So we start by restudying our lessons and take exams on it. after we've finished all the lessons we start the comprehensive revision by solving the tests of the previous years (from 1998 to 2013 or 2014). I dont think there's this long time of revision in amy other system, so your revision should be more fast-paced. Try to re-read your lessons and solbe some questions on them.
