Is there a way to search for a term within all of your Google Drive docs?

In other words, if I'm looking for a document that contains the phrase, "so hungry I could eat a horse", but I can't remember what the name of the document it is in, is there a way for me to just type that phrase and Google will find it? Or perhaps an app/plugin that accomplishes the same effect?

Answer:
This is default behavior for Google Drive. if you search for "so hungry I could eat a horse", it will return all documents, spreadsheets, and presentations that contain that phrase. Bonus: it even searches text within images.
