What are the parts that make up a Ferris wheel?

I want to make a plastic pipe four wheeled cycle using parts off of an electric wheel chair to add range and versatility. I want to enclose it but hills will be a factor on its range and adaptability maybe another issue when it comes to wheels, etc. Anyone have some experience at this mod or somethi

  You could possibly use composite tubing, which would add stiffness and strength to such a vehicle. However, that material is very expensive and working with it is as much an art as it would a science. If you are using plastic to reduce weight, then I would recommend that you consider aluminum instead. It would be lighter weight; but it would also be stronger than all but the most expensive of plastics and it’s easier to work and form. Frankly, not knowing your engineering or mechanical skills, it would be difficult to suggest anything to you as it may not suit your needs or you may be unable to make it work for you.
