How is GITAM University Bangalore for CSE and is it good to join?

As of the university records it says all campuses are equal. But then I’ve heard from people who shifted from Bangalore to Visakhapatnam campus because of lack infrastructure and other facilities. Faculty remains the same but then they try to put the best faculty in the main campus, but still you can expect highly qualified faculty members there too but then their experience and skills may not be that good. I would recommend you Visakhapatnam campus over Bangalore campus for CS. But if you think you can cope up and study by yourself then go for Bangalore campus.Good luck.

Hello there,I have done my B.Tech, CSE from GITAM, Vizag. I got job in TCS. Though Vizag GITAM is better than Hyd/Bang. campus, An ECE grad from GITAM BANG. got a package of 25LPA. this year (2016). So it really does not matter where you study , but seeing the Fee Gitam charges and as you are interested in Bang. I hope you have better options available. But as far as I have heard of Gitam Bang. its not too good, but let me mention the teachers who taught us in Vizag campus are the one who got shifted to Bang.hope it helps....comment your doubts and I shall tell you more about GITAM.Cheers.
