I am interested in building a nice website which will collate history of Hyderabad. I have started off with building a timeline on dipity History of Hyderabad Timeline. Can you share any good sources of information?

You could start by browsing old books about Hyderabad. There is a good collection of books describing Hyderabad during the times of Nizams that you can look up at 1. Osmania University's Digital Library (http://www.oudl.osmania.ac.in) 2. Hathi trust has a good collection of books on Hyderabad (http://www.hathitrust.org) I would also suggest you open a portal where people can upload old pictures of their families/locations/Events from Hyderabad. This would become an interesting collection in the long run.
