What is Information and Computer Science?

What is better: A Masters in Management Information Systems or a Masters in Computer Science? (And advice in picking schools)

• Looking for advice on picking a graduate program when one wants to run a software/tech company. (Hi, I'm new to Quora. Are we allowed to even ask specific questions here, unlike Stack Exchange?) Anyway... here is my dilemma. I have an undergrad from an Asian country in Computer Science - Software Engineering, and I currently work for a top 10 Software company in the US. I want to start my masters already to get a head start in my career goals: to end up in higher management/run a software or tech company. What master's program would you recommend? Basically, I want a degree that is: 1. flexible, online or hybrid as I want to keep my day job 2. will help me progress in my career path 3. have some level of prestige (Is it worth the price? Do people care?) University of Illinois - Springfield MS Management Information Systems Pro: only 14k for the entire program Con: worried about the "reputation" of the school New York University MS Management and Systems Pro: Top school, #10 in the field of Information Systems Con: 50k University of Illinois - Urbana Champaign MS Computer Science Pro: #5 in Computer Science Con: $36k Johns Hopkins MS Information Systems Engineering Pro: Reputable School, can include a certificate in bioinformatics, something I'm interested in.
