Is G-mail and Hot-mail free?

If Gmail is unstable now China, Hotmail/Live have too much junk, and Yahoo is outdated, what options for free email are there?

  • Need to plan Plan B.  Right now, I am sure many (esp. in China) will agree that since the Google took over our lives, everything had been organised and life was quite efficient, with all the important personal emails sent to/received at Gmail.  But given the Gmail/Google instability, and the option to use your Entourage/outlook work email is not possible, what can Gmailers do? Please enlighten me on Life without Gmail.

    If you don't have a good VPN, the best thing you can do for getting Gmail access is by using a mail client such as the one in the iphone or the Mac mail client. For Windows users, I believe it might be possible to connect Gmail to Outlook/Express and achieve a similar result.

VPN rocks, yes. But the VPN service provider I've been using has just been blocked. I didn't know they can block VPN too. Many people are saying zoho mail is great but I haven't tried it yet.

Find a VPN software and then go on working with Gmail. This is what I am doing, ^_^
