Unfortunately there are no "tricks" and no shortcuts for the LSAT. Its not a fact-based type of test where you can cram for a few weeks and score 10 points higher. The LSAT is a literal mental marathon - you must first learn what tasks are required, then you must learn how to do them well, then you must learn how to do them fast, THEN you must learn how to do it all while making efficient use of your limited time. Your best bet is to examine why it is you want to go to law school, because if you have a good enough reason that will power you through 5 hours of mind-numbing studying a day every day for months on end, then you will have found the secret sauce that most do not. Practice your logic games... they are for the taking... also focus on conditional reasoning, sufficiency necessity, truth validity etc. - practice your formal logic again and again and again... and AGAIN - work on your fundamentals.
