I am an SEO guy require online PR services a lot . As a start up you should first concentrate on building the reputation of it before you start pricing. When someone goes to online PR site they are looking for few important things 1.If the site has very good traffic 2.If the sites page rank is very good (6 to 8) 3. If the site will help them reach target audience. For marketing you should start with basics that is ranking on google for keywords like "Top PR site" this will help you a lot in reputation and also improve your website traffic. Which you need to have. Besides that you use SMM and Emailers as secondary marketing methods. Before you go for other marketing methods you need to have something show that why they should go for.. Once you have monthly traffic around 100k and pagerank around 6 you can use other methods like calling, advertising, meeting the corporate people showing how your PR site has such good traffic and why they should go for it.
