Is there a drag and drop desktop application or browser add-on for capturing and organizing URLs that I want to refer back to in the future?

Off the top of my head I would say Evernote, you can capture URL's, screen captures, cross hair and pictures of hand written notes. It's been around for a while, but it's cross platform and you can easily email your notes, so I also use it as my to-do list/ status update.
