I want to know about Blogging.

Are there any real reasons not to start blogging?

  • I really want to start blogging! I know the field of web design pretty well and of course one of the main reasons to start blogging is to learn. However I am “scared” (it sound dramatic but anyway) of making mistakes. For example what if I write a post on responsive layout and I use percentages, but then later on I find that I should have used rems! Or what if the readers state that I got it all wrong. I know it wouldn’t be the end of the world, but are these real problems that could make or brake the process? Basically I would love it if you could share some difficulties you encountered at the begging of your blogging journey. Not really so that I can learn from them. But mainly to get an idea of whether making errors is normal and how normal it is! (the question doesn't reflect what I'm asking in the description, but I didn't know how to but it - if you feel the need to edit it, please do)

  • Answer:

The only real reason not to start blogging is if you're not ready to really commit. So many people start blogging and then fizzle out after a couple of weeks. If you want your blogging to really have in impact you have to stick with it and take it seriously.
