Where can I get free product samples for teens?

Developing Bluetooth BLE product. Where I can get free samples?

    Search on http://Aliexpress.com for CC2540 and CC2541. There are many options there for under $10. The boards from Aliexpress are much more useful than free bare chips from TI.

Why would anyone give you free samples, unless they have a large sales opportunity? For the little guys, it's often pay to play. If you really don't want to pay anything, I'm afraid your options are limited to "obtanium", which is code word for "find broken stuff, scavange parts". My favorite BLE experimentation platform is the BlueGiga BLED112 dongle: https://www.bluegiga.com/en-US/products/bled112-bluetooth-smart-dongle/  but it will run you about $20 at mouser and other places. It's pretty funky though, it contains the software stack too, so you don't have to depend on MSFT or others to add proper support to their platform.

You can try devices from nordic, they got some SOC for Bluetooth smart development. But my best advice is you buy the development board if you are in development stage. it's less complex than building the minimum system for SOC from the start
