What are some outsourcing opportunities in a restaurant?

Are there any studies examining IT outsourcing from the perspective of the IT employees?

  I think this is very country-specific area and there are not much studies in this area so far. From my experience running software outsourcing company in Russia - our employees do have more opportunities for advancement, education, job security than if they would have worked at local IT services company. But this will not be like that forever - software business becomes more and more international everywhere and local business in Russia requires more and more from software developers.
