What is the process to apply in JNU, Delhi, for an MA (history) in 2015?

MA in History course falls under the CHS, School of Social Sciences. CHS stands for Centre of Historical Studies, if I correctly remember. It requires a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline under 10+2+3 pattern of education with at least 45% marks. You will have to qualify the JNU entrace test usually held in the month of April-May, and results declared by mid of July. The admission form with prospectus gets available in January. It used to be an offline form submission via post, some 7 years back when I got admitted. Now, they have started online applications as well. Please go through https://admissions.jnu.ac.in/info/prospectus.html . For entrance exams: You can purchase previous years question papers and see the pattern. Yes, University admin block serves this request on very nominal fee payment. I don't belong to Social Science background, so I have very feeble knowledge. All the very best!!
