How do I disable the default blue glow around a button/form in Chrome?

I mean when I browse websites, do not mention to CSS trick because I'm not going to ask every web admin around the world add those line to their website.

Have a look at https://developer.chrome.com/extensions/content_scripts. Add an object to the "content_scripts" array in your manifest file like so, { "matches": ["http://*/*","https://*/*"], "css": ["style.css"] } This should target almost all the websites. Specify the required styling in the style.css file. (Use, " !important " to override the current values)
