I have applied for an internal vacancy for regional head (sales + service). I have 8 years of work experience in the same organisation but in non-sales functions. What are the likely questions I should prepare for? What are the probable answers?

  • My work experience is after sales service, quality and systems. The position I had applied for consists of 70% Sales managemengt, 30% Service and back office management.
