What good free web cam recording software is there?

Advice on building software with video chat and screen capture capability? Dual web cams in satellite locations.

  • I need to build a software that connects a home office to satellite locations. The home office will verify the work of the satellite office through web cam and then it will need to capture the screen and tag it with an unique number and store in a database. There will also be another webcam in the satellite office that will only be for video chat, no recording or screen capture. It will also be on a separate monitor. Anyone know where I should start? Thanks!

    This is easy to do in ActionSript, so you could look for someone with a flash developer background.
