Why did YouTube not stream the Cricket World Cup live?

World Cup 2011 is live streamed on http://ESPNStar.com if that helps.. There was a deal that happened between Youtube and IPL then for the streaming of the matches.. ESPNStar has exclusive rights for the world cup and hence they are streaming
