What are the larger consumer internet companies (Facebook, Twitter, Groupon, LinkedIn, foursquare, SurveyMonkey, etc.) using for their ERP, CRM, marketing, billing, and help desk systems?

I'm interested in hearing whether companies with 1M+ users, with user subscription and/or partner billings, are (1) using an off-the shelf integrated system, (2) using off-the shelf individual systems and integrating, or (3) building most or all of this functionality in-house.

Answer:
In terms of "Helpdesk systems", Zendesk client list includes Groupon, Twitter, Yammer, Sony Music, TriptIt, Lonely Planet, Foursquare and MSNBC. My source is TechCrunch: http://techcrunch.com/2010/12/06/help-desk-software-developer-zendesk-raises-19-million/
