What is the cheapest and fastest way to ship non-dutiable documents from India to the USA or anywhere internationally?

  Thanks for A2A. The best way is to sign a contract with International courier company in case of documents. If you sign a contract they will offer you their cheapest rates. (It will be very cheaper for you to send documents if you have contract with one company as compared to all other courier companies with their normal rates). If your products (documents which you wish to send) are more (bulk) in weight and/or volume then freight forwarding company will give you cheaper rates than courier company. All you have to do is to get rates from few (suitable for you as your service provider) courier as well as freight forwarding companies. Compare their rates. And then tell them your proposal for annual contract. And give your best in negotiating while signing a contract. If you are going to have both bulky (many documents in one box) as well as light weight document's set then I suggest signing contract with both one courier and one freight forwarding company. However courier company’s operations are faster as compared to freight forwarding. So you will have to choose the one which fits best in your business criteria. Good luck for your business!
