What are the specific laws, regulations and rules implied on a bar and restaurant in Bangalore?

• A bar & Restaurant which is near to my home in Bangalore is troubling a lot even after frequent letters and compliants against the Bar and Restaurant to concerned authority, no Action has been taken yet. So i just wanted to know what are the specific laws, regulations and rules implied on a Bar and Restaurant legally in Bangalore?

Most probably it is a Law and Order Problem. Do not ask Police to help you. They can evade action by taking help of many loopholes in Law.
