What are the best instructional DVDs for learning proper guitar technique and why?

I started learning guitar a few months back and having gone through countless videos (commercial DVDs, youtube, downloads, etc.), I can say that Marty Schwartz would be a beginner's best bet. I became a member on his site (http://www.guitarjamz.com/members/), purchased some of his DVDs and haven't looked back since. He has a fun, easygoing style of teaching and puts together chord progressions (mostly taken from songs) that sound great and are easy to play. There's a certain sense of satisfaction that comes with being able to play a riff or progression that sounds somewhat professional regardless of how easy it may be. This I think is the key to motivate the beginner to practice more and more. He has also, for free, taught hundreds of songs on youtube (even taking requests from his subscribers). There are videos and DVDs available for both acoustic and electric. Have fun.
