What is the most bizarre and awesome cookies you have in your country or found while traveling?

I move to Sweden a while ago and I was impress how small the option of cookies available, not much variety of brands neither of cookies. While in Portugal (my home country), we have plenty of selection and cookies types from national or international brands. The most exquisite cookies we have are a mixture of cookies, cereals and chocolate, that you can either eat with or without milk (image attached), and some that we call "cat tongues" and "deer tongues". So I wonder what kind of cookies do you have in your country.

I travelled to Sidney last month and I met the TIM TAM, you can only find there They are chocolate cookies sandwiching silky chocolate creme all dipped in smooth milk chocolate. I want more!
