What should I do to improve bad circulation in my hands?

How could one improve blood circulation in his hands in order to cope cold weather?

  I would think the easiest way would be to keep your hands as warm as possible.The warmer your hand the faster the cells there will work and therefore require nutrients and develop waste that needs to be removed. This will trigger automatic improvements in flow. Having said that poor circulation sometimes cannot be cured and only quick, temporary fixes like this are possible. I would also suggest talking to a doctor or physiotherapist about hand exercises that you could do to maintain or increase blood flow.
