I made a career switch. How to deal with nosy Indian relatives who taunt you about the lack of your abilities to build a successful career in your previous field which according to them made you switch your career?

Bro!, this is  very common situation, Indian aunties are mad. Don't let it affect you, If you give your reaction, they win. So just ignore what they say, and make your life awesome. Gradually they will notice your success and start burning in fire of jealousy! You win!

If you don't like them at all and If you can, ask them to shut their fucking mouths and don't give a damn about what they say.. But since they are your relatives, there is a chance that you might like them. In this case, follow the anonymous answer "Shut your mouth and put your hard work in what you want to become and prove them wrong , then you wouldn't even need to give a witty reply because you wouldn't just care :)". People say that you can't do it because either they can't do it in the present, they haven't tried to do it in their past or they don't have the chance of doing it in their future. You have to do what is right for yourself, nobody else is walking in your shoes.
