How do I get a job as a cocktail waitress in NYC with little or no experience?

    I don't know much about NYC. Have you just heard back from no one where you have tried? I do know that people go to places where they can be waited on by people in the position that they want and ask them how they started, how likely they are to be hired there etc. Have you tried this? If all else fails you have to go somewhere where they hire ppl with no experience and get some experience.
