How to schedule my study time?

How should i plan and schedule my study which will help me to learn the maximum in minimum time?

• I am a final year BMS student, i want to appear for IIM CAT 2013 exams. Can anyone please guide me which is the best website that will help me to prepare for my IIM CAT 2013 entrance exam?

  for a good student 2 hour of study is must and to effectively use that two hour i have devised an approach to study 1000+ pages book effectively in least time: step1: read headlines and recall whatever you have learned in past after completion of step 1 try step2 step2: read graphs , tables , equations, and recall what is taught in class ,then  step3 : read all the bulletin bold , italics ,underlined letters in a text book,then step4: make some short notes , solve 200+ questions equally divided into 20                chapters step5: (avoided)if still have time read the content
