Colored contact lenses can change your eye color temporarily; as for permamently, I do not know of a method to achieve this change. If you're interested in colored contact lenses, then I suggest you speak to your optometrist.Hope this helps.

Like that scene form The Craft? Not that I know of. I did however read a thing about a sketchy surgeon in Tunisia who will put a permanent contact lens under the top lens of your eye. A famous person's wife did it, and to my knowledge she is not blind yet. It sounds like a terrible idea, but I cannot say from experience, although most people don't go to Africa for experimental surgery.
