What are cheap universities in Singapore?

What sort of a GRE score would be sufficient to get into NTU or NUS in Singapore, or to universities in Germany?

    It all depends on your overall profile but I think anything around 315-320 as a cutoff should be good for you. Please note that GRE is not the only criteria. As far as German universities are concerned, yes, try provide schoarships to encourage students to come and study and thus the tuition fees is very less. Select your area of perference and then list out the universities you would want to apply.

Anything over 325 would be good enough to sail you thru NTU & NUS. German Universities charge very nominal administrative charges. A Handfull of universities will have tuition fees there.

A good GRE score notwithstanding, It's your undergrad GPA and to a limited extent, your university that matters the most while applying for MS. Germany and NUS are highly acad centric, while being flexible with the GRE score.I've seen people with a score of 305,8.9+ GPA and work ex get into the TU9 in Germany. Likewise in NUS/NTU. P.S- anything above 320 is a definite advantage.
