    Unleash? You mean the way they unleashed Dodgeball, Jaiku, and Aardvark? Google has a history of not even meeting the most middling of expectations when it comes to integrating acquisitions and turning them into new products. My guess would be a Facebook Credits-like currency for virtual games, but that it won't be very successful, because it would be tied to the Chrome Store and (unlike Facebook) they wouldn't require game publishers to use their currency.

That is why over the past few months they have acquired numerous startups such as Jambool, Slide, Angstro, and many others related to the social space. Even if Google is not going to release a full blown social network, they are going to integrate their existing product line with social features.  Here is a link about Google's social agenda dubbed "Google Me" or "Google +1" (It seems to have multiple names)
