For example, when I need a plumber, I just need name-address-number info from Google business listings or JustDial to get the work done. But, when I need to choose a restaurant for a special dinner, then I would need some in-depth info like the one which Zomato provides. So, any other business which needs to have a specialized search engine?

I think every service ought to and in most cases has a "focused" database. For example Trip Advisor, Property selling / buying / rental .. Second hand goods .. Education Consultants , etc. They do exist. A just dial works simply because it's very convenient to remember one number instead of many
