I updated my Android SDK tools to version 22.6 and my Android SDK platform tools to 19.0.1. There a lot of changes, so where can I find some good tutorials that explain these changes?

Or create an app using these changes? When I create a new project a new project by name "appcompat_v7" gets created automatically. My new project has a new fragment_main. Xml file My MainActivity has many new functions such as onOptionItemSelected and a new local class PlaceholderFragment
