How can a teen start his own website?

How can I create a neat looking website with my own design and categories where I can start writing articles and publish media?

  • I want to start writing about education but I don't want to settle on a website that looks personal and not professional. I want to have my idea of illustrations, logos, banners, structure and all that. I want my website to look neat and flexible where I can add and remove categories and play with pictures and videos. Something more than just a blog.

why don't you start with blogger. pretty easy to set up with. no coding required. free or paid according to your preference. e.g. give my site peek :)  http://ketchuponmylaptop.blogspot.in/ everything is pretty customizable there. You can make it look professional if you know what professional looks like
