What is the relationship between concern and stress?
-
Concern (noun.) is a matter of consideration. Concern closely relates to worry (an emotion). Does concern cause stress?
-
Answer:
I'm worried that your question is merely semantics. In order to be stressed about some topic, event or relationship, it must be meaningful enough to be of concern. Thus concern is a mandatory prerequisite of stress. But that does not make it causal, since we also have concern for things which do not cause stress in our lives.
