I am 174cm tall weighing at 83kg with a muscle-fat ratio of 8/2 and I work out intensively 5 days a week for 45-60 minutes and drink about 4-6L of water each day. I drink about 4-5 pint of beer each week and eat relatively healthy, eat out 1-2 times a week. What more can I do to lose more weight?

I REALLY do not want to change WHAT I eat but I am willing to change HOW MUCH I eat. I cook at home with almost no adding of salt or sugars and I indulge maybe once or twice a week in some bar food with my beer.

Given what you said above about your diet, I believe your problem is probably not excessively high calories. If you want to lose weight, the following would help: 1. Decrease your carb (rice) consumption. Ideally, limit it to within 2 hours after exercise. 2. Decrease fruit consumption. 3. Increase meat/protein/fish consumption if needed up to the point of 150 g daily. 4. Increase consumption of vegetables--try for 3 servings at each meal (though you might be near that already). 5. Try giving up beer, or reduce your weekly intake to one day a week. When we overĀ eat, our brains realize it, and we undereat to even things out. BUT when we drink things (except for soups and stocks) the liquid calories don't register. So, best advice is: if you seriously want to lose more weight, give up drinking beer for a year and you will probably lose a good 40-50 pounds...

Get low on carbs add cardio to your workout plan for 6 meals a day rich in protein. First three meals comprising of carbs fats and proteins and last 3 mainly proteins. And a tip u can consume some honey before sleeping and early in the morning just as u wake again mix some honey in lukewarm water and some lime juice amd wait to see the difference !
