How can an Indian applicant get a scholarship/funding for an M.S degree in Germany?

• I am an Indian with an admit from RWTH Aachen for M.S this fall. Is there any way I can get scholarship/funding? I have heard about Erasmus+, It would be very helpful if someone can highlight the process to apply.

  Universities in Germany from the year 2013 have made the Education free for all. So in your masters you will not be paying any fee except for a semester contribution around 200 euros which will give you things like the student ticked with which you can board any public transport in NRW (in case you enrolled in RWTH).       Apart from that you need to manage up your living expenses. There are not many scholarship like funding opportunities for International Students but you can work in various departments of the institutes as a student assistant which is called a HiWi job for around 8-15 hours a week depending upon the job for which you will be paid. This amount will be sufficient to cover most of your expenses and you will also have a good experience.
