http://www.feedsapi.org does it but, doesn't send the items all at once but in real-time. I'm not sure if that will work for you, otherwise, you wil have to give zapier or http://ifttt.com a try and create a receipt to achieve this

if this then that will let you trigger emails from rss feeds http://ifttt.com/wtf if you use yahoo pipes (http://pipes.yahoo.com/pipes/) to aggregate your rss feeds and then send this to ifttt you should have everything covered
