Why are my hair follicles irritated?

The back of my arms have many tiny bumps. I'm wondering what I can do to improve my skin there. I'm already fit, stay in good nutrition, and drink a lot of water.

It is probably just dry skin, i would recommend exfoliating and using a rich moisturizer for a few weeks, should go away!

Bumps on the lateral arms is very commonly seen in my clinic and is usually caused by a condition called keratosis pilaris, also known as KP.
