How should we write eMarketing mails to get the best possible response?
-
I work in a company to do export business job. Currently we need to pick up email marketing to enlarge our customer group. As before we developed customers by attending the fair or by telephone calls. So the question is, how to wrtie the emarketing mails effectively as many people say they sent hundreds of letters but receive few response.
-
Answer:
The average open rate by industry is close to 18% for most, which means in effect, only 1 out of 5 people opens the emails you send them. That should be your starting. To get a response, it's closer to 4% of the 18% who do open up the emails. So in essence, you're looking at possibly one person out of 1 hundred emails you're sending to respond to you. Plan accordingly.
