How do you find a flat in Bangalore?

How do I find working software developers in Bangalore to form a close group of developers, willing to participate in various hackathons, to make cool apps, and maybe to start a venture in future (after 1-2 years)?

    Why not ditch this MNC, join a early start-up with a tight team that forces you to design, code, deploy, iterate, sweat and build yourself rapidly both as an entrepreneur and a programmer, and use this real world experience to build your own venture 2 years down the line. This can in absolutely no circumstance match up to an MNC job with part time hackathons. Disclaimer: I'm working in one.. coffee maybe? ;)

try http://meetups.com, you may find many like minded folks. Yes, Find someone in your network who is interested in app development or other stuff and participate in hackathons(there are hell lot of events happening every year). Dont always participate to win out the hackathon, give them a try initially, understand how the teams work in building the stuff then you get someone in to hook to build a team of your own. As Ankan wrote, I suggest you to join a early stage start up rather than MNC becoming a routine day-to-day 9-5 timer which kills your enthusiasm to start up in near future. MNCs are of no use just that you get used to play the politics and bear the management policies.
