What are the differences between Triton, greater Sulphur, and blue-eyed Cockatoos?

How can I deter Sulphur Cockatoos from nesting in a tree in my backyard?

  • Ideally I'd like to block the nesting hole in the tree, but as it's ~15m above ground on steep terrain this seems difficult. As Cockatoos are native animals in Australia it is illegal to kill them.

  • Answer:

Its kinda hard not to place judgement on this post, considering your last question was asking if it was legal to kill the birds... But why do you want to get rid of them so badly ?

I would love to have such beautiful birds nesting in my backyard. From where i come only the rose ringed parakeet could possibly nest in a backyard. It takes effort to go into wilderness to see rarer species like Alexandrine parakeets.
