What fruit and vegetable combinations provide all essential amino acids?

It is very hard to get all the essential aminos from vegetables and fruits.  I would suggest a dairy whey isolate or concentrate supplement. Dairy whey contains the essential amino acid profile neccessary for good health.    http://www.antiaging-advisor.com/
