How do you decide on a college?

How many people decide if I am accepted into a college?

• As a high school student, I am often thinking about to what colleges to apply and what about me colleges will find appealing. I'm curious how many people working at a college weigh in to decide if someone is accepted by their college. Any input or advice is welcome!
